I am an empathy-driven
UX/UI Product designer

πŸ‘©πŸ»β€πŸ’» My professional journey has been enriched by a diverse background that spans in linguistics, customer service, sales and graphic design, providing me with a unique perspective on creating user-centric digital experiences.

πŸ’‘ I'm deeply passionate about problem-solving, workshopping and will thrive in a creative and collaborative environment. I am focused on delivering inclusive and healthy digital solutions that meet business and user needs.

πŸ“š Right now, I'm deeply interested in understanding human behaviour and psychology. I'm also exploring personality archetypes and self-development strategies.

My Design Thinking Process

I utilise the non-linear, iterative five-stage design thinking process developed by the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford (d.school), which I honed at the Interaction Design Foundation (IxDF). This human-centered approach emphasizes collaboration to generate user-centric solutions.

Stage 1: Discover & Empathise

Research users’ needs, set aside own assumptions about the world and gain real insight into users and their needs

Stage 2: Define

State your users' needs and problems: define the problem and write human-centred problem statement

Stage 3: Ideate

Challenge assumptions, generate ideas, use variety of brainstorming techniques, to stimulate free thinking and expand problem space; choose the best ideas to move forward

Stage 4: Prototype

Start creating solutions and identify the best possible solutions for each of the earlier defined problems

Stage 5: Test

Test the best solutions with the users; generated results are often used to redefine one or more further problems; the ultimate goal is to get as deep an understanding of the product and its users as possible.
